Who Can Return and Within What Period?
- Eligibility: Only customers who purchased directly from claveriecrafts.com and received a neon sign in the USA.
- Return Window: 30 calendar days from the day the order is marked as “delivered” per tracking.
- Exclusions:
- Custom orders (personalized neon signs) are non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Change of mind is not accepted for custom-made neon products.
What Can Be Returned?
- Only unused, uninstalled, undamaged products in original packaging and condition are eligible.
- Returns accepted for:
- Defective products (manufacturing faults, non-functioning LEDs, flickering, etc.)
- Damaged in transit (breakage, cracks, etc. – must provide photos of box and item upon opening)
- Incorrect product shipped (wrong design, color, size, etc.)
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Products showing signs of use, installation, wear, or modification.
- Custom designs due to customer error (wrong spelling, wrong color, etc. provided by customer).
- Any item returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.

- Carefully re-pack the neon sign in the original box with all packaging and accessories.
- Attach the return label. Use trackable shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS recommended).
- Send us the tracking number if shipping at your expense.

- Once your package arrives, our team will inspect the product within 72 hours.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the result (approved, denied, next steps).
Refunds
- Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of return approval.
- What’s Refunded?
- Full product price if returned for our error (defect/damage/incorrect item).
- Original shipping cost refunded only if the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping is free for defective/incorrect products; otherwise, the buyer pays.

Cancellations

What If I Change My Mind?
- Custom Neon Signs: “Change of mind” is not a valid reason for return/refund.
- Ready-Made Neon Signs: “Change of mind” accepted only if unused, unopened, and within 30 days.

- Color/Size Disclaimer: Due to the handmade nature and differences in screen displays, minor color/brightness/size differences may occur; these are not valid reasons for return.
- Installation Damage: Any damage incurred during installation or by mishandling is not covered by this policy.
