Welcome to ClaverieCrafts! Our goal is to deliver your custom neon sign safely, promptly, and transparently. Please review our detailed shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Shipping Area

  • We ship exclusively within the United States.
  • Orders from outside the US cannot be fulfilled and will be canceled.

2. Production & Handling Time (Handcrafted Neon Signs)

  • Made-to-Order:
    Each neon sign is custom-designed and handcrafted to order for your unique requirements.
  • Production Time:
    Standard production time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), starting after your payment and design confirmation. During this period, our craftsmen carefully assemble your neon sign, perform quality checks, and prepare for safe shipping.
  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles) will be processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM will start processing the next business day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Shipping Method:
    We partner with trusted US carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for reliable ground shipping.
  • Transit Time:
    Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedule.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time:
    Most customers will receive their neon sign within 5–9 business days from the date of order placement.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping:
    All neon sign orders within the USA are shipped free of charge. There are no hidden handling or delivery fees at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your neon sign has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number to monitor your package status at any time.
  • Tracking Activation:
    Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Packaging & Damage Protection

  • Protective Packaging:
    All neon signs are securely packed with reinforced foam and sturdy boxes to prevent breakage during transit.
  • Inspection:
    Please inspect your sign upon arrival. If your item is damaged, notify us with photographs within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Missing Package:
    If your neon sign has not arrived within 9 business days, or tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately.
  • Delayed Deliveries:
    If you have not received your order within 30 calendar days of shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Verified lost shipments are eligible for a replacement or full refund.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will require a reshipping fee.
  • We are not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address entry.

9. Special Circumstances

  • Peak Seasons:
    During holidays or promotional periods, production and shipping times may be slightly longer.
  • Force Majeure:
    We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes).
