1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with ClaverieCrafts in any way, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all related policies (Shipping, Returns, Privacy). Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. About ClaverieCrafts and Our Service Scope

ClaverieCrafts specializes in the design, customization, and sale of LED neon signs for residential, commercial, and event use. All products are made-to-order, manufactured and shipped from the USA, and sold exclusively to customers within the United States.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
  • You are responsible for providing true, accurate, and up-to-date contact and delivery information.
  • You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or submit misleading, false, or malicious information.

4. Product Information, Customization, and Order Process

a. Product Customization

  • Most of our neon signs are custom-made based on your specifications (color, text, size, shape, artwork).
  • It is your responsibility to ensure any submitted design or artwork is original or you have the right to use it. By submitting content, you warrant that you do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • We may contact you for clarification or design approval before production.
  • Once a design is approved and payment is made, orders enter production immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.

b. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to display colors and features accurately, but your device’s screen or lighting may cause minor variations. Custom neon signs are handcrafted, and small differences in color or finish may occur.
  • All product images and descriptions are for reference only and may not represent the final appearance of your custom item.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Promotions

  • All prices are in US dollars and include sales tax where required by law.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before final payment.
  • Payment is required in full before order processing. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment information is processed securely; ClaverieCrafts does not store full card data.
  • Promotional offers, coupon codes, or free shipping may be subject to additional terms and may not apply to all orders. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

6. Order Confirmation & Production

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is accepted.
  • Order details cannot be changed after payment due to the custom nature of our neon signs.
  • Production generally begins within 24 hours. Typical production time is 1-3 business days, but during high-demand periods (holidays, sales) it may take longer.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to suspected fraud, design violation, or production limits). If your order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship to addresses within the United States. Orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be subject to carrier restrictions or longer delivery times.
  • Shipping is free for all US orders, unless otherwise specified.
  • Standard shipping times are 4-6 business days after dispatch. Please allow additional time during holidays or extreme weather events.
  • You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • We partner with reputable carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) for safe delivery. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once packages are with the carrier.
  • If you believe your package is lost, missing, or stolen, contact [email protected] within 30 business days of shipment for assistance. We will coordinate with the carrier and update you regularly.
  • For undelivered packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered, please check with household members or neighbors and your local carrier branch before contacting us.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Custom orders are not eligible for return due to “change of mind.”
  • To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • All eligible returns are free of charge. Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming eligibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same design if a product is defective.
  • Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or for products damaged by improper installation or misuse.

9. Warranty and Product Care

  • All neon signs include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, electrical surges, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

10. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

  • All website content, images, and non-customer designs are property of ClaverieCrafts and may not be used without express permission.
  • By submitting designs for custom orders, you grant ClaverieCrafts a limited, non-exclusive right to use that design for production and promotional purposes (we will never sell your design to others without your consent).
  • You agree not to upload, order, or request production of content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes any third-party rights.

11. User Conduct

  • You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site operation, or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  • ClaverieCrafts reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any user violating these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability for any claim relating to your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
  • No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from ClaverieCrafts shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

13. Privacy & Security

  • Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We use SSL encryption and maintain strict access controls for all customer data.
  • We never sell or rent your information to third parties.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mobile, Alabama.
  • By using our service, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
